Goodwill is hiring a Team Member to support its thrift stores by greeting donors, assisting with donations, sorting and pricing merchandise, moving items to the sales floor, handling trailers and custodial tasks, tracking donation counts, and reporting safety or security concerns. The role requires physical activity, lifting up to 100+ pounds, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors; no prior experience is required because training is provided. Compensation starts at $15 per hour with annual raises and bonuses, and full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
