Description
The Donations Processor receives donated goods, provides customer service to Goodwill donors, sorts donations, and delivers them to merchandise pricing staff to meet production standards. The role requires strong communication, organization, decision-making, attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to work independently and train new employees. It is a full-time position with a typical 35–40-hour schedule, open availability across days, nights, and weekends, and a pay range of $16.37–$21.82 per hour.
