The Plasma Collection and Processing Specialist assesses donor eligibility, operates plasmapheresis equipment, collects and processes plasma products, maintains donor-center compliance and safety, and supports staff training and inventory. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and English skills, and the ability to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and frequent overtime; Spanish bilingual ability is preferred in location-specific settings.
