Eye Thrive is hiring a full-time Donor Data Coordinator to support fundraising by maintaining accurate donor and gift records, processing monetary and in-kind donations, managing the organization’s CRM, coordinating donor follow-up and communications, preparing development reports, reconciling CRM and accounting data, and supporting events and development activities. The role reports to the CEO, works primarily from the Delmar DivINe headquarters with occasional travel to the Overland warehouse and mobile vision clinics, and offers a starting salary of $50,000 plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, personal time off, mileage reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.
