Find is hiring a Donor Door Associate to serve as the primary contact for donors at the Donor Door, welcome and assist donors, evaluate and sort donated furniture and household items, clean and repair items, price and tag inventory, maintain store cleanliness, safely load and unload furniture, and process donations in accordance with established policies. The role requires a high school education or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, availability Monday through Sunday with evening flexibility, physical ability to work in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds, and a clear criminal record check.
