Description
The Donor Relations and Ticketing Associate provides concierge ticketing and donor recognition support for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, handling donor requests by phone, email, and in person; communicating donor benefits; processing tickets and subscriptions in Tessitura; supporting gala and recognition events; and assisting with donor projects. The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of customer service experience, and the ability to work on-site in Boston and at Tanglewood during the summer season. The pay rate is $22–$24 per hour.
