KONE is hiring a Doors Technical Engineer to join its Global Technical Help Desk team in Nottingham. The role provides remote and on-site technical support for industrial and pedestrian doors, resolves complex issues, logs cases, delivers training, assesses equipment maintainability, creates knowledge-base articles, supports sales solutions, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates need strong door and safety knowledge, ADSA and DHF qualifications, CSCS certification, a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel across the UK, and proficiency with IT systems.
