CRISTA Ministries is hiring a part-time Dorm Parent for King’s Schools in Shoreline, Washington. The role provides oversight, mentorship, wellness support, and advocacy for international boarding students; supports residential activities and community-building programs; maintains records; and responds to emergencies. The position works every other Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., pays $25–$32 depending on experience, and offers retirement plans and sick leave. Applicants must be Christian, have a bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, relevant experience working with young people, and hold or obtain required certifications and software training.
