The Dot Net Developer & Lead will develop, support, and maintain complex project modules using ASP.NET MVC, .NET, C#, and SQL Server, while leading and mentoring junior developers. The role also involves integrating Azure AI, Web Services, SSIS, and Azure DevOps, applying agile or Scrum practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need 5–9 years of experience, strong C# and .NET expertise, and knowledge of Azure technologies; insurance-domain experience is desirable.
