MOL is hiring a Downstream Performance & Business Analysis Expert to lead business and performance analyses, prepare group-level reporting, support Board and executive insights, track material balances and lost opportunities, conduct benchmarking, and drive efficiency and value-optimization initiatives across refining and petrochemical production sites. The role is based on-site at MOL Campus, Budapest, and requires a master’s degree in Economics or Business, four years of relevant experience, fluent English, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management abilities.
