Shell is hiring a DS Process Excellence Lead in India to lead the delivery of efficiency, effectiveness, finance digital core, and governance projects and initiatives within the Downstream Reporting & Analysis organization. The role manages projects from ideation through hyper-care, leads change management and project reporting, assesses process and system impacts, supports system transitions, and serves as a custodian of downstream processes. Candidates need a master’s degree or professional qualification in business, accounting, or finance, strong project or program management and change management experience, and knowledge of downstream financial and management information systems.
