Description
Rentschler Biopharma SE is seeking a highly skilled individual to coordinate, plan, and execute experiments for Downstream Process Scale-up (DSP) process development at the laboratory level. The successful candidate will independently prepare and evaluate experimental results, contribute to technological development within the technical department, and provide scientific and technical advisory support to the process owner. This role involves documentation, analysis, and presentation of findings in German and English, along with active participation in equipment maintenance and staff supervision.
