The City of Eugene’s Community Development Division is hiring a Downtown Manager to lead downtown planning, placemaking, redevelopment, business support, placemaking projects, public communications, and interagency collaboration. The role supervises assigned staff, manages contracts and capital projects, applies racial equity principles, and prepares information for City Council, advisory committees, and the public. It is based onsite in Eugene, Oregon, with a Monday-Friday schedule and an annual salary range of $95,763.20 to $129,272.00.
