Description
The Dozer Operator excavates, performs rough and fine grading, uses GPS grading systems, slopes, loads materials, cleans up, and may operate other construction equipment or perform general labor. The role requires at least two years of dozer operation experience, a valid general operator license, and the ability to work safely in heavy construction environments; a high school diploma, Class A or B CDL, and OSHA 10 certification are preferred. The position includes crew coordination, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and mentoring other workers.
