Welltower is hiring an experienced Drafting Coordinator to support its Creative Design team on large-scale senior living residential real estate projects. The role focuses on AutoCAD drafting, documentation, drawing production, design coordination, field verification, and preparation of construction and design packages. It is a field-based position requiring a home office, occasional regional travel, and up to 25% travel to properties. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and related design tools.
