CCI is hiring a full-time Drafting Manager to lead and develop its drafting services team across Canadian operations. The role combines people leadership, operational management, and technical drafting expertise, including resource planning, mentoring, recruiting, workflow and technology improvement, CAD and 3D model oversight, quality and standards management, and coordination with design teams. Candidates need a technical degree or diploma in engineering design and drafting technology, at least 10 years of CAD experience, 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, and strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D knowledge, along with geospatial and visualization experience.
