KLEBL GmbH is hiring a Drafting Specialist or Building Technician (m/w/d) in the Technical Office in Neumarkt. The role involves determining quantities for shell construction projects across precast concrete, in-situ concrete, steel, and timber construction; reviewing tender documents; creating comparison and limitation plans in PDF or 3D quantity models using Autodesk Revit; and preparing Excel analyses and other cost-estimating documents. Applicants need vocational training as a drafting specialist or building technician or a comparable qualification, construction-drawing literacy, and strong Excel skills; shell, precast, or reinforced-concrete experience and Revit/IFC experience are preferred.
