The role manages daily drafting activities, reviews and approves drawings, coordinates with engineers and project managers, enforces drafting standards, allocates workloads, and mentors staff. Candidates need an associate degree in a relevant field, at least five years of technical drafting experience including two years in a supervisory or lead role, CAD proficiency, and strong communication and leadership skills.
