Description
Assystem is hiring a Design Engineering Methods Team Leader in Tours to manage and develop a team of design engineers supporting strategic nuclear and international infrastructure projects. The role combines people leadership with technical oversight of 3D model quality, multi-discipline installation reviews, interface management, clash detection, and E3D/PDMS/Navisworks integration. The position also involves recruiting, technical coordination, business development, and continuous improvement, and requires a Bac+2/3 to Bac+5 engineering qualification, at least seven years of complex-industrial experience, and mastery of the specified 3D modeling tools.
