The role involves preparing and designing 2D and 3D execution, formwork, and structural plans; adapting plans to site feedback and technical constraints; collaborating with quantity surveyors, engineers, and site managers; and verifying compliance with current standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction, technical drafting, or equivalent experience, plus 2 to 5 years of draftsperson experience in building construction or civil engineering.
