Description
The Drain Technician diagnoses drainage issues and cleans drain lines using rotary-cable equipment. Responsibilities include removing drain covers, installing and operating flexible-cable rotary knives, removing roots and debris, measuring distances to suspected leaks, repairing pipe breaks, and following safety, customer-service, and company standards. The role requires a GED or high school diploma, at least two years of verifiable residential drain-cleaning experience, plumbing knowledge, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in demanding conditions.
