Description
Micron Technology is hiring a DRAM Architect to develop and optimize DRAM system and component solutions for performance, power efficiency, and cost. The role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams, analyzing system behavior, making data-driven trade-offs, and communicating complex technical concepts. Candidates need at least three years of experience in memory design, product engineering, or system architecture, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field. Preferred qualifications include experience with LPDDR5/6, DDR5/6, GDDR6/7, memory system modeling, performance simulation, architectural trade-off analysis, and JEDEC or DRAM specifications.
