Apple is hiring a DRAM Design Validation Engineer to ensure seamless DRAM memory integration across its Systems-on-Chip platforms. The role partners with design, verification, architecture, MCU, DDRPHY, and DRAM vendor teams to define memory requirements, validate DDR-PHY and memory controller features, perform simulations and silicon and package-level testing, debug RMA defects, and drive technical roadmaps. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least five years of DRAM development experience, and expertise in DRAM simulation, memory interface verification, DDR-PHY, memory controllers, reliability, and failure analysis.
