Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Engineer for its DRAM R&D Memory Group to develop and apply semiconductor device and process models that support DRAM scaling for AI-enabled customers. The role uses TCAD, Silvaco, Sentaurus, and other modeling and simulation tools, designs experiments, correlates simulation with experimental and silicon data, and collaborates with cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams. A PhD or MS in a relevant technical field plus semiconductor industry experience is required, along with semiconductor device physics, modeling-tool, data-analysis, and experimental-validation experience.
