Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Engineer to lead the integration of advanced semiconductor devices, including charge storage devices and thin-film transistors, from concept through silicon implementation. The role involves evaluating device mechanisms and failure modes, designing and analyzing experiments in an R&D fab, improving yield and process margins, and leading cross-functional technical teams. Candidates need an M.S. +2 or PhD in a relevant field, semiconductor device physics and materials science expertise, experience with data analysis and design of experiments, and the ability to lead projects across functional teams.
