Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Engineer to lead the integration of advanced semiconductor devices, including charge storage devices and thin-film transistors, from concept through silicon implementation. The role involves evaluating device mechanisms and variability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve performance, yield, reliability, and product-margin challenges, designing and analyzing experiments in the R&D fab, and improving process flows and product requirements. Candidates need an M.S. +2 or PhD in a relevant field, semiconductor device physics and materials science expertise, experience with data analysis, design of experiments, and statistical methods, and a proven record of leading projects across technical teams.
