Micron Technology is hiring a senior technical leader to own next-generation DRAM system architecture across silicon, packaging, modules, boards, and systems. The role leads cross-stack co-optimization, RAS and telemetry architecture, long-range technology strategy, industry standards, and customer and executive engagement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field and extensive hands-on DRAM or memory systems architecture experience; the US base salary range is $177,000 to $387,000 per year, with additional compensation potentially including benefits, bonuses, and equity.
