Micron Technology is seeking a semiconductor process-integration professional to lead DRAM technology transfer between development and manufacturing locations. The role coordinates transfer achievements, qualification plans, and execution readiness reviews; drives issue resolution during ramp and production transition; analyzes process interactions for device performance and manufacturability; and assesses process changes and manufacturing risks. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, semiconductor process-integration experience, DRAM knowledge, analytical and yield-analysis skills, and experience working with AI-assisted tools in cross-functional global teams.
