Description
Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM Verification Engineer to guide verification efforts, support pre-silicon full-chip design simulation, analysis, and debugging, develop test cases and stimulus, create verification environments and flows, maintain test benches and vectors, and improve coverage and efficiency. The role requires familiarity with DRAM operation, Claude Code, and schematic analysis, along with expertise in System Verilog and UVM; RTL design, synthesis, static timing analysis, and timing-driven place-and-route are listed as nice to have.
