Description
The Draw Bench Operator will set up and operate steel tube reduction equipment, including drawbenches and pointers, to reduce the outer dimension, inner dimension, and/or wall of steel tubes. The role also involves reviewing mill orders, determining tooling, performing alkaline cleaning, managing hazardous waste, operating terminals and material-handling equipment, maintaining equipment, and participating in problem-solving and kaizen activities. The position is based in Trent, East Troy, Wisconsin, works the 3 PM–11 PM second shift, and requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
