One Acre Fund is hiring a Rotational Associate and Manager to lead cross-functional strategic projects across internal systems, field operations, R&D, donor and government relations, and people operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role involves project delivery, research and analysis, operational systems and field implementation, partnerships, and rotation through key departments during the first 6–12 months, with the expectation of advancing to a permanent leadership role. It is based in Kinshasa or Kimpese with rural travel, offers health insurance and housing, and is for a one-year contract renewable with a high chance based on performance.
