One Acre Fund is hiring a Senior Program Associate (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) to independently manage the full MEL country program in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role covers MEL strategy, evaluation study design, data cleaning and advanced statistical analysis in Stata or R, reporting, project and budget management, and leading a departmental team. The position is based in Kinshasa, offers health insurance and housing, and is a one-year contract with rolling applications until a hire is made.
