Description
The Dredging Development Engineer will research and improve dredging equipment, processes, and production methodologies; develop digital tools, data integrations, automation workflows, testing protocols, and digital twin models; analyze experiments and stakeholder feedback; and prepare technical documentation. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, knowledge of dredging technologies and emerging trends, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, MATLAB, Python, Git, SQL, and CFD, FEM, or soil mechanics software.
