EnableComp is hiring a DRG Validator/Reviewer to review post-billed inpatient claims and medical records, validate ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure coding, identify underpaid or misclassified claims, and recommend reimbursement improvements. The role requires CCS certification, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in health information management or a related field, and 2–3 years of experience in DRG validation, inpatient medical coding, or related coding review. The position is primarily office-based or remote, depending on company policy, and involves handling protected health information, multiple digital platforms, and client reporting.
