Description
Ensemble is hiring an Inpatient/DRG Validation Coding Auditor to perform documentation and coding audits for acute inpatient services, verify DRG assignments and clinical indicators, assess coding accuracy and compliance, identify overpayments or underpayments, and provide recommendations and education to coders. The role requires at least five years of coding experience, three years of facility coding audit experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and current CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT certification. It is a remote position with occasional travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations, and pays $69,400 to $104,100 annually.
