Drill Operator at Rio Tinto

The role involves operating open-pit drill rigs, inspecting and maintaining equipment and drill laydown areas, managing consumables, collaborating with stakeholders, complying with Rio Tinto safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement. Applicants need a strong safety and teamwork mindset, a valid Australian C Class manual driver’s licence or higher, a Dangerous Good License, and open-pit drilling experience with listed Atlas Copco, PV275, Reedrill, SK-F, Cubex QXR 1120, or Sandvik DR540 drills.
