Description
The Drill Rig Operator will drill irrigation, commercial, industrial, and municipal water wells and install well heads, screens, casing, gravel packs, cement grout, and other fixtures. The role includes rig setup, geological documentation, well cleaning, mechanical maintenance, safety reporting, crew supervision and training, client coordination, and operation of pump-division equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with knowledge of casing, drill strings, threads, derricks, well control, and willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule; a CDL is preferable.
