Description
The Drill Rig Operator will drill irrigation, commercial, industrial, and municipal water wells, set up and operate drilling rigs and associated equipment, install well components, document geological formations, clean and disinfect wells, perform mechanical maintenance, supervise and train crews, contact clients, and operate pump-division equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of casing, drill strings, thread types, derricks, and drill floors, willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule, a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and 3–5 years of experience behind controls; a CDL is preferable.
