Dandelion Energy is hiring a full-time Driller Helper based in Peekskill, New York, with work sites within a 75-mile radius primarily in New York and New Jersey. The role supports geothermal field operations by assisting with drilling rigs, mixing and filling bores with grout, digging trenches, installing HDPE piping, driving company vehicles, maintaining equipment, and learning heavy equipment operation. The position requires outdoor physical work in all weather, a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to lift 50 pounds overhead; prior drilling, trenching, construction, mechanical, rigging, welding, or heavy-equipment experience is a bonus.
