Description
LaBella Associates is hiring a Driller’s Assistant to support environmental and geotechnical drilling projects. The role assists a Lead Driller with rig setup and operation, soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring-well installation, equipment decontamination, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and site restoration. It is an outdoor, physically demanding position requiring travel for regional projects, a valid driver’s license, and preferably at least one year of related drilling experience; training may be provided. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour with travel per diem, paid lodging, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
