Description
RESPEC is hiring an experienced Drilling Engineer to lead and support exploratory, solution-mining, geothermal, and disposal well projects. The role manages the full project lifecycle, develops well designs and drilling programs, prepares AFE documents and cost estimates, coordinates contractors and stakeholders, and oversees safe and compliant field operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in petroleum, geological, or mining engineering, at least five years of drilling engineering experience, AFE and procurement experience, client relationship skills, and a professional license or ability to obtain one. The position requires 10% travel and offers health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
