Description
The Panel Board Drilling and Routing Operator operates machines to drill and/or route panel boards, positions and aligns panels, checks processed parts against templates, manages drill tools and magazines, and reports equipment issues. The role requires a high school diploma, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand for long periods; it is performed in a manufacturing environment with noise, dirt, and chemical exposure. Training may occur on the first, mid, or second shift for 4–6 weeks, after which the permanent schedule is 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Pay is $18–$20 base plus a $0.75 shift premium.
