Eram Talent is hiring an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to supervise field operations of land drilling and workover rigs performing programmed work on deep or critical wells. The role oversees rig personnel and service providers, coordinates materials, approves contractor reports, ensures equipment and safety compliance, and works with drilling and workover engineers. Candidates need either 13 years of relevant drilling and workover experience with supervisory progression or a B.S. degree in Engineering plus seven years of relevant experience, along with leadership, communication, problem-solving, and remote-location capabilities.
