Description
The Drilling Solution Engineer provides technical support and expertise for drilling operations, collaborating with clients, drilling engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop drilling plans, optimize drilling parameters and fluids, monitor real-time rig operations, analyze well performance, and prepare technical documentation and reports. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, at least two years of drilling or related oil and gas experience, and experience with drilling optimization.
