Boart Longyear is hiring an experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee underground drilling operations across Canada, including Red Lake and Timmins, Ontario. The role coordinates drilling work, allocates resources, approves daily reports, provides technical and safety leadership, conducts shift meetings and incident investigations, and coaches staff. Candidates need extensive drilling experience, JHSC and incident investigation certifications, leadership and communication skills, a current driver’s license, computer skills, and First Aid/CPR. The position pays $54.43 per hour plus up to $40 per hour in bonus, with medical, dental, vision, pension, and other benefits.
