NetApp is hiring a Drive Qualification Engineer to lead end-to-end qualification efforts for new drive introductions and firmware sustainment programs across HDD, SSD, and NVMe storage platforms. The role focuses on test plan development, subsystem-level validation strategy, root cause analysis of complex failures, automation and tooling, and cross-functional coordination with engineering teams and external drive vendors to ensure storage products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.
