Description
The Class A Tractor-Trailer Driver safely operates a tractor and trailer to transport freight, conducts pre- and post-trip inspections, maintains compliance records, secures equipment and cargo, and assists with loading and unloading. The role requires a Class A Commercial Driver’s License, FMCSA registration and medical and road testing, drug screening, English proficiency, and the ability to work varied routes, weather, and schedules. A high school diploma or GED, age 21 or older, and residence within 75 miles of the service center or work assignment are required; forklift operation and pallet-jack handling are also required.
