Description
The Drivers Academy Instructor will train, coach, and follow up with drivers in the company’s internal Drivers Academy, welcoming new colleagues, guiding them through onboarding, and delivering theoretical and practical training focused on safety, efficiency, and professionalism. The role also involves developing training plans, conducting test drives and practical evaluations, and monitoring driving behavior and work methods. Candidates need transport-sector experience, preferably with liquid trucks, a CE driving license, familiarity with international trips, knowledge of Dutch, French, and English, and strong communication and safety skills.
