avfleet.ai is hiring full-time Uber drivers to operate a company-owned 2026 Hyundai Ioniq on the Uber platform. The role pays $20 per hour plus tips, provides a five-day schedule, and covers vehicle operating costs. Drivers must have a California driver’s license, at least two years of licensed driving experience, eligibility to drive on Uber, legal authorization to work in the United States, and availability for evening and/or overnight shifts. The position includes vehicle inspections, sensor calibration, navigation and dispatch use, charging, route training, and maintaining a high rider rating. Health insurance is available after 90 days, along with a 401(k) and California paid sick leave.
