Description
Axiom Care is hiring a Client Transportation Driver to coordinate with shift leads and transport clients between hospitals, police stations, jails, medical facilities, treatment settings, and off-site appointments. The role also includes orienting clients, de-escalating crises, supporting recovery, assisting with intake and EMR onboarding, building referral-partner relationships, and acting as a front-desk receptionist when needed. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, with three 12-hour shifts and one 7-hour shift, and the position requires a valid Arizona driver's license, a clean driving record, behavioral health or substance abuse treatment experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to operate a 15-passenger van.
